This Salon is an opportunity for artists to come together to revel, ponder and chat. It's a chance to share our work and our thoughts. It is a place to foster new ideas, broaden perspectives and to meet other working artists. Guest visitors and speakers will be encouraged to help ignite dialogue. We may: share and discuss articles, books, exhibitions and techniques. But mostly it is a place to talk about our art and what it means to be an artist today.

Upcoming Studio visits
Peggy Reavey, October 25, 2:00 PM, location to be announced. Kate Savage, December 6 2:00 PM in her new master bedroom, near her new beautiful studio.
Phoebe: Are you making a little joke, here? Actually, we will be meeting in my STUDIO which is near the new master bedroom, which will hopefully be built by then, on December 6. Thanks. Also: looking forward to seeing everyone at Peggy's on Oct. 25. I do have to mention, though, that I am now paying "babysitter" to attend the salons, and so I have to keep an eye on budget and hence on time. I hate to ever cut things short, but please understand if I sometimes need to leave early. As for Peggy's visit, I'm a little nervous about going to two separate places, just in the interest of time... so Peggy, can you let me know which you prefer - going to your studio or the gallery, in case I have to make a choice? Thanks for understanding. Sincerely, Kate
